a.  Show Aloha Land offers a great selection of dining options that everyone in your ‘ohana would surely enjoy! 

b.  However, if you prefer to bring your own food, OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED on the show grounds. Enjoy your time with us and make great memories!

a.  GUESTS LOOKING TO EXIT, PLEASE STOP BY THE ENTRY BOOTH TO GET YOUR HAND STAMPED FOR REENTRY PURPOSES BEFORE LEAVING THE SHOW. 

Guests visiting Show Aloha Land with an UNLIMITED PASS may exit and re-enter the show on the DATE LISTED ON THEIR TICKET as many times as they please. Please keep in mind that your show ticket is only valid for the date you purchased, and we encourage you to enjoy the show for as long as you are able!

a.  No Refunds. In the event that Show Aloha Land cancels a show date for any reason, we will inform all anticipated guests of the reason for the cancellation and provide you with an alternative list of dates to redeem your purchased tickets.

a.  Show Aloha Land will operate as scheduled on each of our listed event dates. Weather-related cancellations will only occur in the case of a severe storm. This is a rain or shine event, so please check the weather app and dress accordingly.

a.  Main Parking Gate Opens: 4:30P on each show date. Show Gates Open: 4:45P on each show date. Show Closes: 10:00P on each show date.

a.  To ensure a quality experience, the snow used at Show Aloha Land is, in fact, REAL snow made with water and no additives or chemicals. However, the post-production product is not potable water and should not be ingested as such. Please refrain from letting your children eat the snow or ice.

a.  Please allow 24 hours for your photos to process and be delivered electronically to your inbox. Check your spam and junk folders, as the link to your photos may have been delivered there.

  4. Select how many tickets you have vouchers for.

  5. At checkout click “Do you have a promo code?”
  6. 6nter 1 voucher code at a time to eliminate the price of the ticket.

  7. Complete the checkout with $0.00 owed

  • Tickets are only valid on a specified date.
  • The event is rain or (moon) shine. No refunds or exchanges.
  • No commercial vehicles, motorcycles, or mopeds! You will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
